The master’s programme in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MBA) is designed to give you a strong business innovation foundation for a future career in the start-up sector. In this programme, you’ll focus on developing your innovation initiatives through creativity and willingness to take risks as well as an entrepreneurial mindset with strong management skills and market familiarity. Through courses like Business Model Design and Digital Business Models, you’ll also build a strong understanding on how to develop business models – both traditional and innovatively digital. This programme is available onsite at one of IU's two international campuses, in Berlin or Bad Honnef and you’ll have the option to continue with an 18-month post study work visa, which gives you the opportunity to work in and explore Germany.

Academic Requirements:
- Completed degree from a public or officially recognised university/higher education institution. 
- At least a “satisfactory” or Grade C equivalent earned in your previous degree. 
- Your undergraduate studies must amount to 240 ECTS credits to begin a 60 ECTS credits MBA. 
- Your undergraduate studies must amount to 210 ECTS credits to begin a 90 ECTS credits MBA.

English Level:


- Proof of English skills.
- If you do not meet the English skills requirements, IU offers the free of charge IU English Language course. This is available to you if you meet the other admission requirements.
- If English is your native language or you graduated from an English-speaking school/university, you do not have to prove your English skills.
