As one of the first STEM accounting programs in the U.S., Ohio State’s Master of Accounting (MAcc) graduate program is a national leader. Fisher delivers personalized, hands-on experiences to prepare you for a career in accounting.

STUDY WHAT INTERESTS YOU: 78 percent of the MAcc coursework consists of electives, with just four required courses. You can take a variety of classes at Fisher and the university that fit your career goals. Work with a dedicated advisor and career coach to personalize your degree.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION: Yes, you will be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in most states that have enacted the 150-hour rule; however, graduates do more than excel at certification. A MAcc degree sets you on an accelerated career path that opens doors, professionally and personally.

DIVERSE PEER NETWORK: Fisher’s intimate MAcc program is global, the majority of each class earning their undergraduate degrees somewhere other than Ohio State. The MAcc program welcomes all. We even have a Pre-MAcc course for those transitioning to accounting (non-accounting background).
