Our Global Human Resource Management MSc teaches you how to operate effectively within diverse and complex business environments. It prepares you for the workforce of today and the future, regardless of an organisation’s size and characteristics. Global human resource management enables organisations and professionals to manage diverse workforces across national and geographic boundaries. It recognises local and global socio-economic interdependence and interconnectedness. This course will allow you to understand the nature and importance of ethical and socially responsible issues in human resource management and how to apply your skills and knowledge to global HR problems. Experience conducting an independent HR resource project, choosing between a dissertation and practice-based project. Get one-year CIPD student membership during your studies with us. Memberships run to 1 July annually and students must pass all modules. If graduates wish to remain a member, they will need to renew membership in July every year.
