Project Management

The Middlesex MBA has been designed for business professionals to prepare you for leadership and transformative roles in global business.

The course is offered in one year full time or two years part time for Januray and September intake.

Along with the core modules all MBA students share, the project management pathway offer two pathways which are Applied Project Management and Project Management Fundamentals.

These modules focuses on learning to apply industry standard best practices, tools and techniques in managing individual projects from initiation through to closing, and portfolio of projects. This includes applying decision tree analysis for project decisions, financial budgeting, hands-on experience in using Microsoft Project software for managing projects, financial and non-financial risk analysis. The coures also introduces students to the principles and practices of project management. Students will gain an understanding of what project management encompasses and how it can be integrated into business strategy, structure, and management.
